Minjoo Baek is a Deputy Director of Fashion Interior Design at Shanghai International College of Fashion and Innovation at Donghua University, China. Since 2010, Baek has been teaching internationally and led design workshops in Seoul and Singapore. She also ran an architectural design studio of M J B A S as a principal and practiced in Seoul Korea. M J B A S is a global design research studio experimenting computational strategies with diverse design approaches for projects that are strongly architectural and producing conceptual works that provoke genuine paradigm through architectural discourse.

Baek received her professional architectural degree at the City College of New York, U.S and MA in Landscape Urbanism at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in the UK. She had practiced in a global architecture firm HLW international position holding as a project architect and was exposed to various architectural projects.
